Sunni sadly passed away in January of 2018. They were a generous creator sharing their talent and time, and will be greatly missed all though the sims community.


The Farmhouse is the family home for the owners of the Christmas Tree Farm. It was designed to be placed to the left of the business lot so that they appear to be one large 'farm' lot.

The Farmhouse sits among a field of 'christmas' trees. It includes 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Den/Office (Or could be used as a 5th bedroom), huge wrap-around Porch, 2-car garage with a work area, and a Laundry Room. It's painted in a neutral color scheme and unfurnished except for the kitchen and baths.

Note: Some files could not be packaged with the lot. They are included separately with the package. Just add these files directly to your Sims -> Downloads folder.
