The house is a smallish house for the single ollector, or a family without kids. It is a 1Bed / 1 Bath house where everything is nicely close together to reduce pathing times. A lot of the furnishing is from High End Loft.

The primary reson for the house, though, is as a storage for those wonderful items you pick up on travels. Underneath the house is a small catecombe system that allows you to store the items in a protected and homely (for the artefacts) area. The entrance to this area is hidden (and resets on leaving) and is unable to be accessed by NPC's.



The house has been tested by a writer character who writes novels to fund travels.



The lot is fully landscaped both inside and out and ready for your sim or couple to start filling the vaults with treasure.

There are suitable lots in both towns for placement.
