- When a shoebox is too much

Ever wanted to punish your sims for beeing so dumb? Or maybe you're just tired of big houses? Check this out!


Rat's Pit Apartments is perfect way to start more humble life. It's just what you absolutely need, rather than what you want. Little pit of your own with a small rent.

Includes:
* 5 apartment-units
* In every unit there is a small fridge, sofa, bookcase, phone, toilet and a shower. No luxury-items!
* Common space with a grilling area, benches and a outdoor game

I made this lot for those little buggers, who just need to do some serious thinking. Some famous sims have lived here, including Daniel Pleasant after Mary-Sue kicked him out.
If you happen to have no20Khandout-hack (by Pescado), and you have to deal with sims that have extremely small funds, this is a good place to start earning money for a cozier place.

Rent is ridiculously small: 257-269 ยง

The fridge in all apartments is UNI's small fridge. However, it is recommended (but not necessary) to download Targa's Supafridge. That way your sims have a larger variety with foods.
