This is a two story dorm (three floors). Each room is fully furnished and comes with its own kitchen and bathroom.There are 14 rooms in all (8 ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND SIX ON THE FIRST FLOOR).

The concept just like any other is that Sims can gain cooking skills on their own and when they feel too lazy to cook the dinning hall is always available.





The main Features are: Games, Dinning Room/Kitchen, and Accessible Balconies with a grill place in one of them. Sims can also relax on the Balconies and these are on the second floor.

I have play tested it but in case you do find any problem let me know and I will correct it.

And again this dorm can actually be converted to a singles room apartment for single Sim or married Sims (with no child or children).If you want that let me know and I would be glad to do that.

Please you also need to download Phoenix Phaerie's ivy separately because the master mesh for the ivy is the thick ivy and this was not used here. You need that so that other ivy need show up in your game. Thanks to sarah*rose for pointing this out for me.
