54 Orchard Lane is a gorgeous Tudor home. The ground floor features an elegant dining room, a half bathroom, kitchen, living room, and family room. There is also an entrance to the garage, with has an exercise area. The second floor has a large room with games for both adult and child sims. There are 4 bedrooms - 1 for a boy, 1 for a girl, the master bedroom, and a nursery - along with 3 full bathrooms.

The outside of the house is surrounded by flowers and rosebushes. There is an outdoor grill and patio set, so that your sims can enjoy a nice day outside. The backyard also features a swing set, bench, a small garden, and a storage shed. The shed is one of my favorite features of the house, and it is full of random items - an extra chair, a grill, a gnome, flamingos, and a bunch of old pots.
