House on Man Made Lake has 3 unique floors, 4 if you count the roof top patio.
The master bedroom has its own 3rd floor with full bath, as well, a walk out to the back spiral staircase that leads to the roof patio.

The main floor holds a spacious living and dining area, full bath and walk outs to 3 seperate patios around the home.

The lower floor holds 2 more bedrooms and another full bath. The main area of this floor is an exersize room with a walkout to the lake. All the rooms have spectacular views!

The backyard overlooks the lake and has plenty of seating, refreshments and entertainment. Great party house!
The spiral stairs in the back start outside behind the house, and go up to the kitchen patio (the kitchen also has a small patio in the front of the house as well), up to the masterbedroom, up to the roof.
