The previous owners of this lovely lot were very much into nature. As you can tell the house is built mostly of native stone, they use fireplaces for heating, a well for water and have installed a windmill and solar panels to help with the electric. They have a small garden out back and several fruit trees around the property. The river has an endless supply of fish and frogs. There is an unfinished cellar with an outside entrance that is quick to get to in the case of a storm. They also own a small piece of property on the other side of the river that they have turned into a children’s play area.
