It's once again time for some starters! Creating them for The Sims 3 is a little more challenging, since the start budget has been bumped down to only § 16 000. However, this time I managed to preserve the cost and build a house for your newly created sim.

The house sure is crowded, but it is fully functional and charming at the same time. Only room for one sim.



What I had in mind when building this is probably pretty obvious. I wanted to create a compressed and cute house, with an old style look. If it's British, German or anything else I don't know... What's important is that it at least reminds of something, and hopefully you find it inspirational.
