Hello. I'm very excited to present to you my first XML tuning mod.

It was actually very easy. This mod is an updated version of the Faster Performance Increase mod. I had talked to the creator of that mod previously about updating it, but the original creator couldn't due to problems with his game. Really wanting this mod back, I decided to take the 'work hard' XML and I adjusted it to the same settings he had in the original.

What we have here are 3 Flavors of this mod, and

THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE. You can choose from x3 increase when working hard (this is a slight increase), the 5x version (which is a respectable boost. It's the one I'm using)
And the 10x Work performance one, which actually will guarantee a promotion for your sims after every day, if you choose to work hard on those days. Pretty extreme, so it doesn't fit my play style. Feel free to choose which one you want, but only choose one.

Unlike the original version, this one is compatible with all expansions, and it was made with the most recent patch.
