This house was requested by "14u2c123" who loves this house but wanted it on a beach lot.

I had to make a few changes to the home but these changes seem to have made the house into a beautiful beach lot

The first floor holds a guest bedroom, laundry, access to the working garage, sunken kitchen and dining that lead out to the patio and the beach.


The second floor has another little living room, study, laundry, small bedroom and large master bedroom. The master bedroom not only has a wonderfull view of the beach, but also has a cute little wall shelf wrapping around the room


This lot was built in Twikki Islands so it should fit fine

This is my first request and I am very proud of the results....although going into this my first glace at the front of the actual home left me very confident...that is until I stumbled upon a whack of issues. Thanx to all those in the forums who helped me straiten them out
