After taking that vacation in Morocco, I just HAD to have a home that evokes memories of the gardens of Marrakesh.
This lovely, light and airy home has a 2 story living/dining area with the peek-a-boo windows on the upper floor looking down into the living area. In the back of the house there is a large formal fountain, shaded by mature palms and olive trees - So inviting for an early evening garden party. Bougainvilla, roses and hydrangea scattered throughout the garden lend splashes of color in unexpected places.
In such a hot climate, water features are so very restful and inviting. You will find small fountains and ponds tucked into alcoves, nooks and sideyards throughout the lot.
This TS3 home is 30 x 30 and has 2 bedrooms each with private gardens and baths. There is one 1/2 bathroom for visitors on the ground floor. A large formal fountain on the back patio offers soothing refreshment to your guests during evening gatherings. Off the side yard is a long pond surrounded by lush plants. A bench by the road invites travelers to stop and rest in the shade.
This is the street view of the garden home. To the right of the home, you'll see the resting bench by the pond, inviting weary neighbors to sit and rest a moment.
This is the cutaway view from the back of the home. The master suite's private garden is enclosed by arched walls. Off screen to the right, is the large, shaded patio with a central fountain, large enough to entertain many visitors.
This is a stretched view of the interior main rooms. Peekaboo windows look down over the living and dining areas.
This is a cutaway look at the upstairs bedroom which has it's own private balcony overlooking the master garden. There is a visitor accessible deck upstairs with seating for several people. the lower bedroom (not shown) has a small, enclosed front garden water feature and a larger private garden in the rear off the master bathroom. The private garden and pool is enclosed by an arched fence.
Overall, this is a wonderfully spacious and restful lot. The visitor will find water features and small gardens tucked into nooks and corners. There are many private garden spots for resting and meditation.
Lot Size: 30 x 30
Lot Price:
furnished 134,356
unfurnished 109,941

This house has absolutely NO CC and NO Store content. It has many items from all the EP's and I've used items from BuyDebug to decorate.
It was also tied for 3rd place in Round One of the MTS Foundations contest. :0)

Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
