* This collection is being presented in 5 small parts due to the various EP combinations used to create each set of lots.
* No User Created Custom Content was used to create these lots. However, there is a small list of "suggested" items noted at the end of this thread.
* No Stuff Packs were used to create this collection.
* These lots have a medieval feel in modern times.
* These lots are fully furnished (with the exception of Part 5: A Small Kingdom Starter House Collection).
* These lots were created using Any Game Starter by Numenor found HERE.

If you would like to setup "A Small Kingdom" as a complete neighborhood, you will need University, Night Life, Open For Business, Apartment Life and Bon Voyage.

SPECIAL NOTE TO THOSE DOWNLOADING THE "REGULAR" GWRYCH COLLECTION
I am also releasing the GWRYCH MEDIEVAL MARCH (25 Lots) AFTER I upload the 5 Parts to this "A SMALL KINGDOM" set. The Gwrych Collection will include alternative and LOADED versions of several of the lots included in this set, but decorated with Medieval Decor. So...all you Gwrych fans, feel free to download these lots as well as there will be differences between the 2 sets. However, keep in mind that the bases for these lots were used to create the many of the in the Gwrych Medieval March lots. The LOADED versions will have all the usual Medieval Custom Content and use ALL EPs and Stuff Packs. Look for the Gwrych March Set soon.

Lot Description:
This is the Manor House for lesser nobility in your Small Kingdom. It includes 3 massive bedrooms and a baby room on the upper level with 2 upper level bathrooms. The lower level includes a parlour, a dining room, a kitchen, an exercise room and an office with 1 half bathroom. There is a small pond on the property.

Lot Description:
There are subtle differences between the RESIDENTIAL Manor and the APARTMENT Manor with the exception of the upper level apartments being converted into 3 spacious bedrooms and a the lower level apartment being converted into an exercise room and an office. Each Apartment has a tub and toilet and there is one restroom with 2 stalls in the common area downstairs (TOTAL TOILETS 6; TOTAL BATHS/SHOWERS 5). The remaining rooms are identical and include the Main Parlour, Main Dining Room, Main Kitchen, Main Guest Bathroom and exterior space.

TIPS FOR RENTING A FURNISHED APARTMENT
1. Choose/Create a Sim or Sim family to enter the apartment lot. Enter the apartment lot.
2. Turn Cheat On

3. Stand sim DIRECTLY in front of the desired apartment door, facing the door.
4. Clear ALL actions from your sim's activity queue.
5. SHIFT-click on the door
6. Click "Rent Furnished"

This is an apartment lot. The Prison has 3 apartments (1 for a warden and 2 for prisoners) and the Physician has a house near the prison (upstairs is the physician's private living quarters and downstairs is the physician's office which is a common space).

Lot Description:
These lots were designed and tested so your Sims (with the exception of the Physician) will basically sleep, shower and dress in their rooms...but eat in the common area. The Doctor has a private apartment complete with all amenities needed to live. The doctor's office is a common space. There is also a lake for fishing and a bus stop located outside of the Prison gates.

Lot Description:
This lot includes dorm rooms and a community center for the college in your Small Kingdom. There are 10 rooms from basic to plush to meet the needs of all your Sims. There is a main office on the ground floor of one of the dorm towers and several common showers and bathrooms. The common areas include a Gym, a Recreation Room, a Cafeteria, a Tanning Roof, a Barbecue Pit and 4 Study Halls.



MEDIEVIAL APARTMENTS INFORMATION

Lot Cost: from 391 to 810 Simoleons (FURNISHED APARTMENTS)

Lot Description:
The APARTMENTS are identical in layout to the DORMS with the exception of coffee pots replacing microwaves in the bedrooms and the removal of non-collegiate objects (wall decor, stoves, etc.) and a few minor changes on certain bedding and wallpaper.

SUGGESTED SMALL KINGDOM DOWNLOADS:

*FIREPLACE
I didn't include fireplaces in several of the lots (including the castle) because I feel it would conflict with the exterior "look". However, I do believe the Chimneyless fireplace by Mia found HERE will add a bit of "warmth" to your "Small Kingdom" lots.

*SEASONS BUYABLE WISHING WELL (IF YOU HAVE SEASONS)
I DID NOT use Seasons to create these lots, so I didn't include the Wishing Well. However, if you have Seasons, adding the wishing well to the lots will give them a bit more of a medieval feel. The extracted Seasons Buyable Wishing Well can be found HERE.

*SIGNS FOR BUILDINGS
I think the Doctor's Office can benefit from a few Business Signs (especially a Sim Visa sign behind the reception desk). SaraF created a few signs you may find useful that can be found HERE and HERE.
