Tabby Walls
For those of you who don't know or who have never been to the coastal areas of the southeast region of the US, tabby is a poured, cement-like building material used in the 17th and 18th centuries. It consists of lime, sand, water, and seashells.
Usually oyster shells were used. However, most modern homes and businesses with tabby I've seen in my travels to the area seem to have a more general mixture of shell bits. (In fact, I had a lot of trouble finding my thumbnail image of modern-ish tabby since most of the image search results showed me the crumbling ruins of forts and such with the oyster shells. While good for a thumbnail, the image was too small to make a good tile.)
The base texture layer and the shells are made from source pictures, Photoshop textures, and then playing with blending and saturation levels. I then made them tile seamlessly vertically and horizontally.
Each "Grade" and "Base Type" spans across 3 walls to complete the seamless transition and each wall costs 10. They can be found in the Poured section. The difference between some of the versions may be subtle, but the difference is there.
Grade A: The standard shells and the standard base (base type 1)
Grade B: Saturated shells and saturated base (base type 2)
Grade C: Desaturated shells and saturated base (again base type 2)
Update
I've update this post with the .psd template with the layers for those who are interested in making recolors, halved versions, object recolors or whatever. Just don't claim the textures as your own or profit from them.
If you do make something with them, please let me know so I can download it.
Terms: You may include these walls with lots.

About Me
I would like to thank all those who have inspired and helped. Sometimes the greatest and most profound joy was not found in the actual process of custom content creation or learning how to do something new....it was found in the help, patience and kindness of complete strangers from all over the world, even for something as relatively trivial Sim custom content. EA made the game but you made it really worth something.
Thanks goes to everyone who makes this site and the Sims' world a better place.
Policy
You are free to modify my work, borrow from it, fix it, and/or expand upon it with credit. I'd be really interested in seeing what people might make with it, so feel free to send me a link. :) Please give credit where credit is due and please don't charge for it (or otherwise hold content hostage).
I not am taking any requests at this time, sorry. :(
