Hopefully, this would be the start of a new generation of houses. I realised that its been a while since i built a home from scratch without floorplans. I only knew I wanted something on a 20 x 20, multi-leveled and fun to live in. So I present to you "like royalty". Its been tested and tried and hopefully there's lots of room for your sims to add more stuff to the house. Enjoy!

installation tip

I would advice that you put it on a 20 x 30 or 40 x 40 or any other larger sized lot if you want more land space, because the house pretty much takes up the entire 20x20 lot.
