First of all, I wanna thank everybody who helped me to improve this house before uploading.

This is my latest creation, the Column House. It has two huge colums in front of it, a colorful garden and a modern-looking fibe.



On the first floor, you'll find a big livingroom, a kitchen, a diningtable and a toilet. There's also a modern fireplace.
When heading upstairs, there's a hall, a first small bedroom, a second bigger bedroom and finally the bathroom. There's also a little reading/relaxingspace on the gallery.
There is a third floor, but it's in no way useable, just a empty room.

The house is built on a 20x15 lot. The price is 57.317 furnished and 42.322 unfurnished. I used both Ambitions and World Adventures, so you will need both to use this house in your game.
There's by the way no CC in the house to worry about.
