This is my first upload here as a creator. I've only been around as a consumer before now. Please be gentle. I made this house for a retired couple in my game that never actually made it to moving into the house itself. I modified it some to be good for a small family that'd need some leg room.

This is a medium size lot that has two bedrooms and a bathroom all located on the second floor. The first floor has an office, living room, and cozy little kitchen. You can see these in the screenshots.

Also in the screenshots you can see a carport for a single car, but you can also so the backyard is a dream that includes a small private pond that's within the fenced in yard.

Additional Credits:
This was built with only the basic game installed so it should work with any expansions. I've removed any custom content previously included(only one) because I changed some things around when I re-uploaded.
