It looks like and old cemetary and those who dont know might look in the chapel and leave. But others will take the path to the left and find the mausoleum in the back and descend into the Crypt Club. Gothic gloom at its best, the club offers a stage/band area, dance floors, darts, foosball, bars, and a luxe VIP lounge with a hot tub and coffin for a quick catnap. 30x30 lot size. NO CC.
