This mod is no longer needed to have vehicles available on community lots. Buzzler's Build/Buy Restriction Choker mod makes everything available on both community and residential lots.


I was hoping to get this uploaded Christmas Eve but apparently you can't use Chrome Browser to upload. So....
Better late than never. I did not create the sleigh, it belongs to hexameter and he has given permission to do this mod. This mod makes the sleigh available on Community Lots. This is not a stand-alone mod. You must have hexameter's sleigh in your game for it to work.

Compatability:

This mod was made by editing the object file and will conflict with any mod that changes that file.

I have tested it with all Expansion and Stuff packs.
