A cozy and partly furnished starter home with basement. All skill building objects, alarm and phone are included.

This house has one bedroom at the moment, but I've left the basement practically empty so you could easily add more rooms if you want There is also one bathroom down there.

First floor features one bathroom, kitchen with dining for three, a living room with tv, bookcase and a desk.

On the second floor you have a big master bedroom with private bathroom.

Since this house is built on a 2*2 lot there aren't much room in the backyard, but you can fit a small BBQ area back there.
