First of all, I want to thank everybody who helped me improving this house! Without you guys the roof would still be a mess. Hehehe.



This is my latest creation: The Suburban House - Part I
This lovely green-roofed house is perfect for your sims family.

On the first floor is a big livingroom, diningarea and seperated kitchen. When you walk through the arched door you'll enter the little sitting/reading area.
On the second floor are two bedrooms. One is for the little kiddo's, the second for adults. There's also a modern-looking bathroom.



Outside is a cute garden and also a parking space for your car. The backyard is perfect for a party or two and for some family BBQ's!
There's also a relaxingspot with some chairs where you can 'bake' in the sun. Watch those sunburns!
