This is another one of many homes in a new series of mine that follow a basic pattern of architecture, size, and price for the "middle class lifestyle" in the "middle" of their lives. They are not meant to be starter homes, yet mansions, they are not as well. They are typical Americano type homes that are perfect for the growing family.

Builder's Note:

This home was built for my Sims 3 family, so there is a lot of detail included both inside and outside the lot. The home has been play tested (or one sim week), and I have found no problems. Also, let it be know that I avoided misc. expenses that define the level of luxury your sims desire, such as computers, giant T.V.s (there is a small T.V. in the living room), and other electronic devices.

Also, it appears in some of the pictures (such as in the master bedroom) there is rotting wood... This wood is in fact not rotting, but is petrified wood... Basically, it is there to add a bit of style to the home. I feel like it adds a bit of drama to the master bedroom, but if you do not like it, it's an easy fix Remember, this home was built based off of my real tastes...

- Landscaping around each side of the home
- Back patio, with room for expansion
- Large kitchen with modern appliances
- Room for garage expansion (backward), if needed.
- Large master bedroom with expansive luxuries, included an in-suite bathroom.
- Each bedroom has their own closet (for that darn laundry!)
- Fully-furnished with nearly every detail thought of such as air vents, flower pots, exct.
