Overhaul: Refurbished Office Building 2x Apts, 1 x Penthouse + Shop + Stealths Feat.

Gday Sims2 clowns! Following on from my Renovate project, I decided to do another remodelling job, this time on a 1960's style office block. This is another urban lot perfect for your downtown areas.


Features

Ground floor front has a large open foyer with a security desk, living palm trees, 2 sets of stealth stairs to the upper levels and a small store to supply all your food, magazine, gaming and clothing needs. The rear portion of the ground floor has a full size indoor pool, workout area, inground spa and a sauna.

Apartment 1: is decorated in natural tones of wood and burnt oranges, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom, work area, a double bedroom and a balcony.

Apartment 2: is decorated in stark blues, whites and black and is a a large studio apartment suitable for 2 adults. It also has a dining area, work area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The sleeping area is separated from the living area by full glass windows.

Penthouse: is decorated in rich earthy tones and an eclectic mix of modern and antique furniture. The large living area has a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen in a separate room, sizeable dining area, a bar for entertaining and a luxurious living/tv area. Stairs leading to the loft open on a workarea with room for 2 busy Sims, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The loft level leads out onto the fenced roof of the building which has modern maintained gardens, an above ground spa and lounging areas for those sunny days.


If you want to shut off apartments for particular sims - I suggest you replace the apartment doors with some of Inge's Lockable Doors - available at her site : www.simlogical.com =)

As usual this was a FAT lot and required a lot of fussing about with objects so if I missed anything in the files I apologise profusely.

Installage: Overhaul Lot +Mesh (contains sims2pack with lot file, floors, walls, terrains and a folder with new meshes that I used) Overhaul Objects contains all the files I used on the lot, sorted into Sims 2 categories.

1: The .simspack file contains the lot, walls, floors, rugs and terrains only. Install as per usual method.

2: The Objects folder contains copies of all the recoloured objects/new meshes I used in the house categorized the Sims 2 way just in case you are as errr, retentive as I am =). Make sure you install these into your Downloads directory if you want to load up the lot as a furnished one.
