Yeah. So that's the tattoo.
You can recolour it.
There are two recolourable channels.

In my opinion it looks best if the second channel stays black.
but do with it what you will
umm.
Great for your sims with.. tattoos.
It looks better larger, like on the full back tattoo. It's a bit blurry if you put it somewhere smaller, like on the arms or legs.
turns out I had my graphics settings on low. duh. it looks fine anywhere, as long as your settings are high for...detail/graphics or something :3

Download and install as per usual I guess.
