Because sometimes all you need is a very unusual and freakish city by a huge mountain.
I wanted to give an illusion of highways in the middle of nowhere, crossing and turning and creating a space for very unusual city, that you happen to pass through on the way to somewhere else. The massive mountain almost overshadows it and makes it's residents look like tiny little ants.
Mostly this terrain is flat, but near the mountain there's little bumbs on the way. However, building for this hood should be quite easy, without lot edge problems.
Extract the .zip to your Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2 > SC4Terrains.
