The apartment tower contains 21 habitable tenant units, fully furnished. Great to place in small areas of your neighborhood, this apartment unit would be an interesting addition to sprucing up tall towers. Has hot tubs near the roof for tenants to enjoy along with a game area to relax in (and to attract your visitors to). It's affordable and great for single bachelors and bachelorettes. Not recommended for more than 2 people per unit from floors 2 to 7. If you like space, go for the higher floors. Not recommended for starting families either, lol.

Rent: §1,075 to §4,349 per week
