Did one of your sims just get a divorce and then kicked out by the angry spouse? Or did your teen just age up to an adult and is just waiting to leave the nest?

Good things come in small packages of course! This is basically, probably the tiniest, yet most affordable house a single sim can find! Nothing lavish about this itty-bitty place, but it will definitly get you by! Hope you enjoy the little place. This is my first lot upload, so please, let me know if things show up OK!

All items in the lot are BASE GAME except for the driveway, you'll need NIGHTLIFE!
