2021 Update - I changed the graphic a bit, and added a Simlish font option.
Both new versions, English and Simlish, are together in the same DownloadFile - please only choose one version (ENG or SIM.)
The older file is also still available, and clearly marked as "Older"; and the pictures for it are at the end.


Open & Closed Sign of War and Commerce
...this time with meaning!


Not only does this sign subliminally announce to the neighborhood whether the store is open or closed for business, but it also displays useful information for your sims so they can be better prepared next time (and not show up as the manager is locking up for the night.) Yeah, been there...



This is a clone of the OFB Open & Closed Sign of War and Commerce (this object is not recolorable - only clone-able.) I just hated that green and red 'thing' - this is a softer, more subtle blue. I hope there are others out there who can also benefit from this simple little do-over.
