This house started as an experiment in building second story pools with windows using a tutorial I found here:

It worked wonderfully, and I built this pretty house around it. :3

I tested the pool, and there is a little dip between the wall and the pool that sims can swim down into, but it's nothing game-freezing and they can swim right back out of it without a problem. I tried to get rid of the dip, but there was no way to do so if I waned to install the windows looking into the pool, so it needed to stay there.

The house is furnished for a three-person family (two parents and a child). There's plenty of room to add things for a pet, and with some tweaking it should be able to hold more sims.

This was fun to build (except for the roof, figuring out how I wanted it was a pain and a half), hope you enjoy it! XD
