This is yet another lot collection idea I've been toying with called "Other Side of the Tracks". The idea is that two houses are on one lot, divided by a defunct railroad track. The houses will be opposites of each other. Rich versus Poor, Country versus City, Medieval versus Modern, etc. This first set of "Other Side of the Tracks" lots is called Cozy versus Spacious.

BUT, there is another twist. I am also providing the two houses separately for download as well. So, you will be able to choose which lot(s), you wish to download.




General Information
* There are 4 downloads available here. There are 3 lots offered in separate downloads and 1 download that contains all 3 lots.
* All downloads in this post are Base Game ONLY.
* All downloads in this post DO NOT contain Custom Content.
* The 2 individual lots have the same layout as the 2 houses in the Combination lot. Floor Plans are shared in Comments Posts 3 and 4.
* This post (Post #1) contains the ALL .zip file. The 3 separate lots are available in Comments Posts 2 through 4.
