I made this to be like a trailer, and being so tiny its only fit for one single lonely solitary sim. Pets can live outside. I have play tested this house, there are NO routing errors, tho it looks like there would be... Two sims could live in this home if you remove the desk underneath the bed and replace it with a bunk, but I wouldn't recommend it in this small space. The furnishings are stylish and this home is decorated and landscaped nicely.. It even gives a beautiful visa moodlet!
