Hey everyone! This house is my third Sims 3 remake. The original home was made by TS2 creator sarah*rose and I loved it so much that I thought I'd replicate it. The house is very large with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. It's on a 30x40 lot and costs §240,548. There's no CC!

This house has a driveway with two parking spots on the side of the lot because it was built on a corner. If you don't place it on a corner lot just delete these and erase the terrain paint.

This house sleeps up to 8 sims but was made for 5-6.

There are 4 parking spots included (one in the garage) and two cars included.
