I had actually wanted to make this before I made my toilets with slots, but I thought it was impossible because when placed on the counter, the counter is in the way of the slots on the microwave. That is until I found that microwaves and toaster ovens can be placed on the ground if you use move_objects on cheat. So, I went back to my recycle bin and dug up my original microwave I had been working on and fixed it up so you could place it on the ground without using move_objects on cheat by editing the BHAV. I found that this allows for you to place decor, and have a functioning microwave or toaster oven. The way to use this is different than most things with slots, but much easier in my opinion than using an OMSP to place them. Below is an easy-to-follow step by step illustration that will show you how to add decor to your microwaves or toaster ovens using this upload. The microwaves and toaster ovens are slaved to Maxis, and are non-default replacements. I added slot functions for end tables to this, so not only decor will go there, but anything that fits on an end table will fit. If you run into any problems, please let me know and I'll try my best to fix it. Please check the related pages tab. There you will find Maxis recolors of these particular appliances that will show up in this download as well. Also in related pages are my toilets with a slot for anyone interested.

If you have The Sims 2, but not Freetime or Kitchens and Bath Stuff, you should download the Base Game file. If you have The Sims 2 and Freetime, but not Kitchens and Bath Stuff, you should download the Freetime file. If you have The Sims 2 and Kitchens and Bath Stuff, but not Freetime, you should download the Kitchens and Bath Stuff file. If you have The Sims 2, Freetime, and Kitchens and Bath Stuff, you should download all 3.
