Chez Rose is the perfect house for a single sim or young couple, or maybe even for an elderly couple ready for a quiet life. There is a master bedroom and bathroom, a large living room/study which can be easily split to add another bedroom, a dine-in kitchen, half bath, and attatched garage with a workout space and shower. The backyard is complete with a hot tub and BBQ area. I personally love this house because it is compact and easy to play. You don't have to spend forever walking from one end of the house to another. Most of the houses I play are similar to this one, although I love building large homes!
