Tranquil two story pagoda with backyard fish pond. Perfect for World Adventures


Today I have a home that is extremely special to me. Kagiri Home is the first Japanese Pagoda of its kind for TS3. I have been inspired by en7en's custom roofs from TS2 to make this roof. The roof is entirely flooring, looks better than EA pagoda roofs and is fully functional. The house contains 1 bed, 2 ba, a neat fish pond, and plenty of recreational space.



Since TS3 came out, I have been greatly dissatisfied with how the "constrainelevation false" cheat has worked. Builders had less control with this cheat, and many great, creative designs from TS2 could not be replicated, including the custom pagoda roof. I used to make many of these houses for TS2. Through much trial and error, however, I finally worked out how to recreate such roofs. The walls on the both living floors are the correct high. They are not stretched at all. This took many hours of frustration, so much that I may not make another one of these lots soon.



Any comments are appreciated! Again, I have purposely chosen to build the roof in this style and not with the help of the EA provided roofs. I hope you enjoy this truly unique home!

This lot DOES use Elias943's TS2 style Ventana Windows (non-default replacement). They are NOT required to play the lot, but look much better than the windows from TS3.
