OVERVIEW
I really like the idea of using rocking chairs that were introduced with Supernatural. However, it seems that all sims want to do is run to the stupid thing and rock, continuously. So my first edit addresses that issue, while I was searching for that, I also found each chair had it's own xml tuning, each one being a little different. Well, I like the all wood one and didn't want to be penalized for it, so I made them all give the same gain/buffs.

There were two schools of though in making these changes: 1. reduce the advertising, but keep the actual gain - or - 2. reduce advertising and gain
The Game Default Values are: Fun: Advertised 40, Gain 40 - Energy: Advertised 20, Gain 20


VERSIONS
There are 2 sections to this mod: the First, addresses the advertising and gain Sims receive and the Second, makes all 3 chairs perform at the same level. You can only use 1 version from each section.

SECTION 1: ADVERTISING & GAIN
- Reduced Advertising & Gain Versions -
  • NoAutoRocking - makes rocking non autonomous
  • ReducedRocking - reduces Fun Advertising to 20 - Gain 40 and Energy Advertising to 10 - Gain 20
  • MinimalRocking - reduces Fun Advertising to 10 - Gain 40 and Energy Advertising to 5 - Gain 20
- OR -

- Reduced Gain Versions Only -
  • NoAutoRocking - makes rocking non autonomous
  • ReducedRocking - reduces Fun Advertising and Gain to 20 and Energy Advertising and Gain to 10
  • MinimalRocking - reduces Fun Advertising and Gain to 10 and Energy Advertising and Gain to 5
NOTE: YOU CAN ONLY USE 1 VERSION FROM THIS SECTION - EITHER CHOOSE FROM THE REDUCED ADVERTISING OR REDUCED GAIN

Each rocking chair provides slightly different gains in a couple of areas, as listed below:

RESOURCES AND GAME VERSION
This mod was created with Patch Version 1.50 and requires the Supernatural EP, it over rides RockingChairClassic_0x5d2460555fe66929, RockingChairAntique_0x0352105f1802eb3e, RockingChairModern_0xb510837f4974dff6, and Rock_RockingChair resources from GamePlayData.package and will conflict with any other mod that does the same.
