This object probably requires the Colour Enabling Package (CEP). See this thread for more information on it. I linked to the frame in the original "Transcendence" Painting in order to use the frame recolours I did for that object. See this thread if you are interested in the frames.
Oh and sorry about the wierd angle in the screen shots. Still trying to get the hang of the game.
