Shelly Swanson borrowed 4,000 simoleons from the motherlode and moved into this starter on stilts with a beachy feel. She got a job as a mascot and lived here while working her way up to starter. She is best friends with Will Greenly and love is in the air. Will has a bigger house so they will marry and live there soon. Shelly earned a romantic hottub and also bought a workout machine both of which she left in the house. Also included are chess board and easel, bookcase, fire and burglar alarms and other basic furnishings. The refrigerator isn't completely full of course. Otherwise, this is a move-in ready well tested starter home. Hope you'll be inspired to create a sim!
