TS2U: Greek Lot-Cham Oresha Sorority

This is another in my line of greek homes. Today we have the Cham Oresha sorority home available for download. Here is some information on this home:

Bedrooms: 7

Price: Approx. $43,000

Also included in this home is a chapter room (for those important sorority meetings), a large living room, dining room, kitchen, gym, and a beautiful deck and l-shaped pool with an island (thanks to MikeInside)! This is a GREAT backyard for entertaining-my sorority has enjoyed a couple of toga parties with this house-they've become quite popular! There's also a large fountain (I love this item!) on the front lawn!

Custom content that's included with this house are two custom paint colors (which I made specifically for this home) and one custom t-shirt with sorority letters (for those of you who might choose to use this sorority in your game). Of course if you don't want these, you can just de-select them from your Sims2Pack Clean Installer. There should be no hacks or custom content besides these items.

A final note: This home comes mostly furnished, however the floors are bare-this is because the custom content hardwood flooring I was using I did not package with the file. This leaves the floors free for you to use whatever you may like: wood, carpet, etc.
