This comfy and spacious family home has no CC and sits on a 30×30 lot, I wanted to go with a clean and white theme on the inside with neutrals on the outside. There was no option to select Island Paradise as one of the EPs that was used in this lot, but even though it requires Ambitions, Island Paradise and Generations, you only really need Base game! The other objects are small and can be replaced if anything. I try to make this as base game friendly as I could. I couldn't upload too many photos on here of course, I have more screenshots on my blog though.
