Simtral Florida Living - Updated with No CC

--- You will need to have Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 - I use this wall all the time as it is such a forgiving wall to build with
--- And, if you want the outer green siding, you will need the Lifestyle Build Bundle - you can always substitute whatever wall you choose.
--- I suggest Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway to invisify the driveway.
--- Note: the new pictures show HL's Backless Tub/Shower which I have defaulted, but if you don't have it, the game will just substitute the regular in-game version.

This is an older "Florida" home, originally built in the 40's, fully remodeled in the 80's, and more recently, updated with new appliances. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, living/family combo, formal dining room, gourmet eat-in kitchen, a study loft, and an upstairs patio. The lot is landscaped and features a driveway, swingset, and slide.

This lot was built for Loaf's "It Takes A Village" contest. If you haven't yet - you should pop over and check out all the entries! There are some really beautiful buildings being built over there!

Originally this lot had no CC except for walls and floors - as that was the rule for this round. However, I just had to add a few pieces of CC before I could share it with anyone Like, without CC the game controller thing just sat on the floor in the middle of the room - now, with CC, it is properly put away on a shelf *sheesh!* And, the alarms have now been invisified - both burglar and smoke alarms are included. I might also suggest that you use an invisible driveway.




A side-note for interested investors -
I made this lot in my full game, so it needs all EPs/SPs installed in order to work properly. I used minimal custom content, mostly walls and floors.
