Tucked away in a corner of the jungles of Simlandia, this house lies in wait for the perfect sim to retreat to its lofty heights. The tree house features 3 huts (kitchen, living area, and bedroom) connected with swing bridges. There is a winding moat to help keep those pesky other sims away. The all-in-one toilet takes the place of a full bathroom, while tending to all of your sim's needs.

Note: I have play tested this lot and did not run into any significant lagging, however, I would not recommend this lot for people with lower-end computers, unless you choose to get rid of some of the plants. As a heads up, the loading time when switching from Live Mode to Buy/Build for this lot is fairly long (at least on my computer).

I have all EPs installed up through Into the Future. If you don't have one of the EPs the objects from that EP will either be missing or replaced. I highly recommend having Island Paradise and World Adventures for the plants and all-in-one toilet.
