Charmingville Farm is especially made for Charmful who has given me lots of good ideas over the years. The farmhouse has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with parlor and eat-in kitchen. From the back porch there is a view of the fishing pond and woods. Conveniently located near the kitchen porch is a greenhouse for growing crops all year and an orchard of orange and apple trees (not that they grow together in the real world). The property also has a barn with 4 stalls and half bath to wash up in, a corral, and silo. My test Sim, Sarah O'Henry, built a little fruit stand next to the decorative garden to the left of the house. She is currently selling barrels of flowers but is wondering if she can sell fish. We'll see! Imagine the opportunities for your Sims in this place.
