Hi! Excuse my exitedness, I bought a new laptop for uni in February, and was assuming (since it was so cheap) that it would be fine for just browsing the web and stuff, but I've just recently discovered that (aside from the lack of a disk drive, which I sorted that out by buying an external one) it is waaay better, in terms of graphics, than my old desktop which I usually make all my houses on. D: AND I HAZ SMOOTH EDGEZ!!

Anyway, I thought I would celebrate by making a simple wee BG house for you guys!

The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a balcony, reasonable sized kitchen with added dining room (or could be converted into another bedroom), with an outdoor pool + sitting area and lots of lovely big trees.
The house is also almost completely unfurnished. Has some lighting downstairs, has no smoke or burglar alarms (just a warning). Idk, sometimes I like being able to furnish things myself, to suit my sim's personalities + needs!

Check out the additional credits for things I used to make my game look a lil' bit more fancy (you do NOT need these in your game, they're just default replacements that are not included in the file).
