This home is unfurnished, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, with a balcony on the second floor. It isn't a starter home exsactly for a newly created sim family, but is perfect to move into once your sims have a little more money. It has a large living space, and more space in the upstairs hallway. It has a master bedroom on the second floor, and a smaller bedroom with it's own bathroom on the first floor, that could also be a office and you could just take out the bathroom. It costs 21,498, but can be made cheaper by replacing windows with less expensive one, different flooring, and removing the landscaping. Enjoy!
