This is my best rendition of the Empire State Building. It consists of a ground floor lobby, a 84th floor cubicle office, 102th floor office suite, a 103rd floor sky lounge and an observation deck. This is the main building I use for my sims who sell real estate, which explains all the counter space and extra walls on the 102th floor office; that's where I put the deeds. There are benches and telescopes up on the sky lounge, something your tourist sims will surely enjoy. BEFORE YOU INSTALL THIS BUILDING: If you don't already have Numenor's Custom Walls Repository & Index installed in your game, you will need download and install that, there are download links provided. Make sure you read the install instructions tab!!! Also, a good camera hack with a wide zooming range is strongly recommended and a link is provided too.
