After a long day of exploring tombs, you want to come home to a place that's luxurious and comfortable. Built on the river and sporting breathtaking views, the Egyptian Riverbank Home will make you want to make THIS your full-time residence! Your living room is open to the expansive bi-level patio, complete with hot tub and rowboats docked at the lower patio. The master bedroom has its own patio access. Enjoy a soak in the master bathroom in front of a large picture window and between two flaming biers. Downstairs you have laundry facilities, two more bedrooms, a family room, and a treasure room to contain all the spoils of your plundering. The sub-basement is a single empty room for you to use as you need. The property includes a garden containing quality Egyptian fruit trees. All appliances upgraded. CC free and Custard-checked. Some Store items used (see below).

I built the lot according to the map of Al Simhara below. Delete the 40X40 that's there and add the 50X40 or 50X50. I used velocitygrass's Add Any Lot Size mod (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=471164) to get the unusual lot size. It's not necessary for the lot to work, but if you want the exact lot size it's a good mod to have.
