This former office building was recently turned into eight starter apartments. Player apartment is Unit #2 (top left corner), and the others are for NPCs. Sleeps two Sims. All appliances upgraded. Completely furnished for under §16,500 and unfurnished for under §6,500! Lot is CC-free and Custard-checked, but does use a few Store items (listed below) and items from EPs and the Town Life Stuff Pack.
