This house is my new creation. I'm want make one place for Science and I have this idea. I'm create the lot, and clothes for sims male, female and childs. You can download clothes in other post or in my personal blog.

The house have:

GROUND FLOOR:

- Big areaway
- 2 bathrooms (one with bath)
- Kitchen and dinneroom
- Creative Area
- Study
- Study for childs
- Music Area

FIRST FLOOR

- 7 bedroom
- 2 big bathrooms
- Science room
- Church of Science
- Living room

SECOND FLOOR

- Terrace with observatory, bbq, garden for gardeners, etc.
