Okay I didn't set out to make a dress capturing the pioneering spirit, it just sort of worked out that way while I was playing around with removing some terrible flowers from the most granny of dresses in the game. As usual EA/Maxis chooses to give us some nice meshes, completely convoluted by the fugliest of textures and colors. So here's hoping more recolors will follow later. In the meantime feel free to recolor it yourself, play around with it and do whatever you like.
