Computer Whiz Aspiration fix (V2 Dec.16)

This mod is updated to V2 for the December 16th patch.

In the Computer Whiz aspiration there are two objectives which require reaching level 2 and then level 5 in the Tech Guru career.

If a sim has completed the career and moved on to Pro Gamer or the other branch, possibly retired or quit this career, the info on Tech Guru career levels is not registered as being completed, making it impossible to complete the aspiration. In vanilla game it is necessary to do this aspiration while the sim is a Tech Guru, it can't be done later on if the sim is finished with this career.

This mod removes the objectives for career level completely from the Computer Whiz, so the problem is avoided.
